BioI have an unhealthy addiction to expensive clothes shoes and such like, especially watches. I like to do what i want, and dont like being told i cant. I'll always push the boundries, and praise non-conformists. Iv found comfort and despair in my ED, and lately seem obsessive with the idea of modelling, i need to find another two inches in height (im 5ft 8")...just two inches would solve alot of my image issues.
2years ago i was diagnosed with anorexia after a period of 12weeks of starvation, i was admitted to hospital and fed through an NG tube for 3weeks untill my body became used to food and didnt reject it as a foreign body. Prior to this episode i was a regular athletic girl, i used to run cross country, sprint and long jump. I was diagnosed with having severely developed crohns disease after 3weeks of being admitted to hospital. They believe this initiated the weight loss but have yet to find what trigger my obsessive behaviour. Earlier on in 2008 my Psychologist diagnosed me as being a manic depressive with obsessive tendancies...but to me that just seems like a cop-out diagnosis because he doesnt understand me.
Anyone else who can relate to this will understand.
Im here to find people to talk to who actually understand my situation, seems as though everyone around me doesnt have a clue, or is just not worth telling.
